Crusaders is one of the new zealand super rugby teams and competes in the Super Rugby tournament Aotearoa. On current year Investec Super rugby team Crusaders will be playing on. Apart of them other four teams who will be competing in the Super Rugby Aotearoa are Blues, Chiefs, Hurricanes, Highlanders.
This format has been created due to travel restrictions which prevent teams flying to other parts of the world to play matches against regular competitors.
